Session 8All Diary Entries
The pupils have realised the problem with the varying sizes and expressions on faces and some tense discussions take place with regard to whose is best fit for purpose.
They work it out by placing the characters on the background and spatially work out which is the most suitable size. The genius idea of scanning them for use by each different scene is accepted. Some groups elected to trace the characters (through the windows). Whichever the method, they all recognised the need for consistency in the appearance of the characters. By us teachers standing back, we allowed the pupils themselves to solve the problem.
